A new brasserie in Paris combines fresh Californian flavours with a subtle French twist, a view of the Eiffel Tower and interiors designed by
Christophe Pillet, who has drawn on natural and tactile materials including wood, marble and leather.

Raised in Missouri and trained in California,
FR\AME's chef Andrew Wigger has also been influenced by Mexican cooking for his menu, which makes use of local produce and food grown on the restaurant's premises, including honey from the building's eight rooftop bee hives.

The menu includes BBQ frog's legs, fish tacos, So Cal quesadillas, lobster Surf'n'Turf and mac and cheese. Cocktails are garnished using herbs from the restaurant's vegetable garden.
