Design Reunion by Habitat

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Habitat will launch Design Reunion, a collection of six pieces created by acclaimed designers who have previously collaborated with the brand. Shin Azumi, Tord Boontje, Sarah Campbell, Claire Norcross, Simon Pengelly and Aaron Probyn worked closely with the brand's creative director Polly Dickens to develop a range of statement pieces.

A special exhibition at Platform Gallery at the King's Road store will showcase the pieces in September during the London Design Festival. At the multi-sensory exhibition, visitors will be asked to make their way through a winding maze with installations that reveals each designers' inspiration and new product.

"We wanted to create a collection that would both celebrate our birthday and become an intrinsic part of our range, by working with a group of designers who fundamentally understand Habitat," said Dickens. The collection will be available from September 2014.
