Serge Bensimon, founder and owner of avant-garde design space Gallery S.Bensimon in Paris, has partnered with La Redoute to create a collection of high-end yet affordable furniture and objects.
Bensimon surrounded himself with five up-and-coming designers and studios: Christian Mohaded, Antoine Phelouzat, Pool, Mark Braun and Laurent Corio. Each designer remained true to his style while the collection works very well as a whole.
The pieces mix natural materials such as rattan and bamboo with painted or perforated metals, combining industrial aesthetic with retro and crafted elegance.
