At 35 years of age, Felipe Bronze is one of the most important names in contemporary Brazilian gastronomy. This year he opened Pipo, a bar and restaurant in Rio which he describes as "a carioca bar with avant-garde food".

Pipo follows the success of Oro, Bronze's first restaurant (also in Rio), with a menu based on traditional Brazilian gastronomy but using innovative cooking techniques.
