The Experimental Food Society will host its fourth annual Spectacular - an extravaganza of food design, art and innovation - in London this November. The event includes a series of exclusive dinners as well as a two-day exhibition of the latest in edible creativity, including a breathable tea room and a meadow of wild flowers made from sugar.
