One of the stand-out exhibitors at Bologna pet tradefair Zoomark this month was Alqo Wasi, an artisan Peruvian brand that specialises in soft alpaca knitwear for dogs.
The brand prides itself on its environmental and social conscience, using sustainable, eco-friendly alpaca and Peruvian cotton, and employing local women to make the garments using traditional looms and hand-embroidery techniques.
