Stefano Conticelli showcased three new projects for his solo exhibition at the
Triennale during Milan Design Week 2013, each one inspired by his love of horseriding.

For StaticComplicities, Conticelli wrapped a
Vespa in vegetal tanned leather and cotton, creating what he describes as a "motor horse".

The CavallinaStep is a saddle-shaped seat with a horsetail. It can be carried around by its bridle, rolling on its back wheels, and is made of pony fur, handwoven cotton canvas, and fine leather in a range of colours.

Finally, Tego is a collection of hand tiles designed to evoke the feeling of walking barefoot on the leather of a saddle. The modular floor covering is made of geometric pieces of leather, attached with steel fastenings.
