Multidisciplinary creative agency Duende Studio has invited Parisian designers from eliumstudio to reinterpret the ancestral vinaigrier.

This simple process is one of the first biotechnology applications developed by man, and as we are increasingly looking at ancient ways of making to inspire our modern lifestyles, this classic accessory is re-entering contemporary kitchens.
