Concord grape macaroons by Wolfgang Puck for the Governor's Ball 2013


Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck has revealed the menu devised for the after-Oscars dinner, the Governor's Ball, last weekend. Made by a team of 350, food on offer to A-listers included chestnut tortellini, concord grape macaroons, Maine lobster, wood fired Oscar-shaped flatbreads and gold-wrapped baked potatoes topped with caviar. The complete menu comprised more than 50 choices of small plates.

The chef - who has catered the event for the past 18 years - Instagrammed photos throughout the night as a special guest poster for Bon Appetit.
