French Cuisse: food still lifes

Innovative food blog French Cuisse is the work of William Valle, a nineteen year old student from Quebec who is currently studying restaurant management. His images portray various dishes in clean still life compositions, with a methodical feel.



Valle also takes pictures in the same style before cooking, showing the ingredients which make up the meal. This fresh approach to a well-trodden subject provides not both culinary inspiration from the dishes, and colour inspiration from the capsule palettes laid out.
