Nakhee Sung: expressive art

Monday, 15 July 2013

Characterised by her colourful, abstract approach, Korean artist Nakhee Sung splashes vibrant, expressive shapes onto canvas. She uses mediums such as pencils, gouache and paper, covering the whole of the material's surface in order to express her emotions.

At her last exhibition, which took place in April 2011 at the Doosan Gallery, Sung incorporated her spontaneous style onto the walls of the gallery to emphasise the effect of each picture and turn the whole exhibition into a work of art.
