At this year's Milan furniture fair,
Vitra presented new products stemming from collaborations with
Antonio Citterio,
Hella Jongerius,
Jasper Morrison,
Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec and
G-Star. The result is a confident new collection with a strong sense of accessibility - enhanced by Vitra's welcoming stand design at the Salone.

Grand Repos by Antonio Citterio unites office chair technology with the comfort of a lounge chair, while Jasper Morrison's latest chair for the brand, HAL, provides a fresh interpretation of the shell seat -
read our previous post about it here. The chair was first presented in 2010, and since then has been developed into a range including ten different bases.

Corniches, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec's pebble-shaped shelving system, was a highlight of the fair for many trade visitors, while the Maharam Polder Sofa brings together Hella Jongerius’ famous sofa and textile designs.

Jean Prouvé's classic designs Fauteuil de Salon (1939) and Compas Direction (1953) have also been relaunched, adapted for modern tastes in collaboration with Cathérine Prouvé and the Dutch fashion label G-Star.
