Home Affairs Bureau Civic Education Resource Centre

Tuesday 16 August 2011

Hong Kong-based branding and communications agency Marc & Chantal Design has taken inspiration from the city's homes to design the Home Affairs Bureau Civic Education Resource Centre.

Delivering messages on civic education to empower youths to grow into responsible citizens, the resource centre includes a library, two conference rooms and a gallery. Using a die-cut design, the interior of the gallery mirrors a typical family apartment. WGSN-homebuildlife loves the attention to detail: traditional mailboxes, Chinese incense pots, metal-framed window sills, doors with traditional Hong Kong style deadlocks, umbrellas hanging on metal-gated door frames, air conditioners above door and window frames and oven-less kitchens.
