Cordula Kehrer

German product designer Cordula Kehrer has designed a collection of pared-back household objects for those with limited space. Consisting of a clothes stand, ironing board and clothes basket, each piece in the series folds flat when not in use and serves as a strong representation of WGSN-homebuildlife's A/W 12/13 macrotrend Radical Neutrality.

Kehrer explained each product for us: "The clothes stand is the core of the collection: when unfolded, it serves to dry your clothes; when not in use and folded flat, it can be leaned against the wall to function as a clothes rack for your jeans and t-shirt."

"The ironing board also folds completely flat; the clothes basket is a real space-saver when not filled with clothes and a fresh and humourous approach to household accessories."
