Experimental Dutch design brand Droog have announced a new project called Open House, "a movement in which suburban homeowners supplement their income and develop a new vocation by offering home-made services and facilities to the public".

The project will be presented on Saturday 23rd April in New York, in the form of a symposium at Studio-X chaired by Mark Wasiuta, followed by a bus trip to nearby Levittown where guests will be able to look around the homes of Levittown residents - fitted out with installations from a number of architects and designers led by New York studio Diller Scofidio + Renfro.
