Laura Ashley launches first hotel

British retailer Laura Ashley has opened its first hotel. Located in Hertfordshire, the 49-room Tudor revival property is furnished throughout with pieces from the brand's current Home collection.

Laura Ashley The Manor, Elstree is surrounded by 10 acres of woodland and landscaped English gardens, and is just 11 miles from London and 20 minutes from St Pancras train station.

Facilities include the Cavendish Restaurant and Terrace Bar, which offers 50 fine whiskies and a roaring log fire, and a range of large suites that are suitable for weddings and events.

Prices range from £150 a night per room to £500 a night for a premium suite.
