Food experience designers Bompas & Parr have launched their new book, Tutti Frutti, which celebrates the global appeal of fruit. Speaking to WGSN, Bompas explained: "We were just so bored of all the 'dude food' restaurants opening in town and wanted to do something as a palate cleanser - and fresh fruit held the key."
"We worked with a merry crew of the world's top photographers, chefs, artists, writers and illustrators to explore the gustatory implications of fruit salad. There are around 80,000 plants with edible fruit, while most people only taste around 20 in their lifetime."
