Morocco collection by José Lévy

Thursday, 4 July 2013

French designer José Lévy launched a new collection at Paris' D'DAYS that is inspired by the Morocco of the 1950s: its flea markets, perforated metal garden furniture, granite floors and cement tiles.

The designer's mirrors, tables and seats are both graphic and contemporary, and respectful of Beldi, the traditional Moroccan know-how. The pieces combine stylistic details that evoke the encounter between Western and Eastern cultures.
