Live from Proposte: Digital African Prints

African inspired pattern is a key direction for exhibitors presenting at Proposte this year.

Parà wowed visitors at this year's edition of the textile tradeshow with digital prints imitating traditional African batik designs, Kilim weaves and tie dye effects.

From a distance fabrics appear to be raw silk or linen with an uneven mottled colour creating a hand-dyed and sun-bleached effect.
