Brooklyn-based software company Tinrocket has launched Popsicolor, an app for the iPhone that turns photos into watercolour paintings.
Users can chose the colour palette, whilst a range of effects can be added to change the density and contrast of the 'painting'. The app adds mock drip marks to the paintings if the iPhone is not kept level whilst Popsicolor is running.
