Gaggenau at EuroCucina 2012


A number of brands have employed a creative approach to VM at this year's EuroCucina, choosing to host live performances from chefs and even display their latest products in stands made up of ripe fruit and vegetables.

Gaggenau surrounded a team of chefs with freshly unearthed carrots, with a chandelier of chromatic root vegetables taking pride of place, while Minacciolo displayed wooden crates of tomatoes piled high around its stand.

Rational used wall-mounted rows of green herbs and plants in rusted metal boxes, and TM Italia showed a kitchen model with walls stuffed full of dried plant fibres.
