With New York boutique
The Little House, designers Savania Davies-Keiller, Joel Alexander Morales and Michael
Capotosto have created an intimate, personal retail experience that's
not only a joy for customers, but offers them the perfect vehicle to
sell their own sartorial creations.
The Little House sells original menswear and womenswear
created by its three owners. To keep the interior space evolving constantly, the store also
carries art, ceramics, custom-printed periodicals, vintage memorabilia
and limited-edition candles.
The Little House is just one example of a retailer exploring smaller
markets, diversifying their merchandise offerings and
investing in seemingly counterintuitive ventures in order to reach
