Armani Hotel, Milano

Winner of Best Branding, the Armani Hotel Milano continues a trend explored by WGSN-homebuildlife early in 2011 for Haute Hotels. Winning Best Reissue and Best Use of Colour respectively, Gubi's Mirror and Constance Guisset's Francis mirror both featured in our Mirrors inspiration report.

Francis mirror by Constance Guisset

Max Lamb's Woodware Chair, winner of Best Armchair, was launched at one of our top ten events from LDF 2011, while we showcased the winner of Best Control Panel, the beautifully minimal Kupu smoke alarm, back in March 2010.

Marbelous Wood by Snedker Studio

Our A/W 13/14 Materials Direction draws inspiration from Snedker Studio's Marbelous Wood, one of the winners of Best Faking It, and Carnovsky's RGB wallpaper, one of the stars of our Active Surfaces report, scooped Best Wallpaper.

Delicate Interference by Faye Toogood

Lastly, Faye Toogood's latest product collection Delicate Interference, featured on our blog when it launched and also as a highlight in our LDF 2011 preview, now it wins Best Use of Material.
