The shop will also stock a selection of olive oil, wine and coffee from Portas’ favourite quality small-scale suppliers.
Portas is collaborating with
The Blending Room, an independent coffee roasting company based in East Yorkshire, to create an exclusive fresh coffee blend and British luxury fine candle manufacturer
True Grace to create a collection of luxury 100% natural wax, scented candles.
The shop in House of Fraser Oxford Street can be accessed by a private lift and features a bookshelf of beautiful second-hand books that will raise money for Mary’s Living & Giving shop supporting
Save the Children.
“I’ve spent my entire life working within and commenting on global retail. When shops are truly great, they provide remarkable and extraordinary experiences to brighten up peoples’ lives. My new shop is exactly what I have always wanted to do in retail, my sincerest hope is that it provides the ultimate shopping experience,” says Portas.
The products are also available online at
