Fortnum & Mason afternoon tea
The Art of Being British is an event taking place on Saturday 10 September, 12pm till 5pm, to celebrate everything that is British. British fashion, lifestyle brands and lively activities will fill the full stretch of the famous Jermyn Street, in St. James, London.

Activities include St James's Butler and Valet Academy, for the public to learn tricks of the trade from professional butlers and valets; a St James's Church mini fete and dance classes at The Ritz.

Fortnum & Mason will be offering traditional tea and scones and a fashion show featuring the new autumn collection by the brand's in-house milliner, Adrian. Talks will be held on the history of Fortnum’s and Jermyn Street from Fortnum & Mason's company archivist, and there are a limited number of trips on offer to visit Fortnum & Mason’s rooftop bees.
